HANOVER TOWNSHIP -- Police arrested a man after a drug raid at a home in Luzerne County Saturday morning.
Rodney Davis is facing charges after officers allegedly found packets of what they believe to be "spice," a synthetic mind-altering drug, in the home on Diamond Avenue in Hanover Township.
Davis is in the Luzerne County Prison.
