SCRANTON -- Police responded to a shooting in Scranton's hill section.
Several shots were fired in the 1400 block of Ash Street just before 8 p.m. Friday, police reported.
Officers said one person was shot. The victim ended up at the hospital. Police expect the victim to be OK.
There is no one in custody at this time.
Police are searching for two men driving a white 2015 Hyundai sedan with tinted windows. They said the car has bullet holes in the rear passenger door.
"Somebody was looking out the window and you just heard bang, bang, bang, bang, bang," said Paul Holmes of Scranton. "We saw somebody running up the street, chasing a car and firing at it. Then everybody just ducked for cover."
