LEWISBURG -- A developer in Union County pleaded no contest to charges he forged a signature to collect his mother's life insurance policy.
Ted Cresswell of Mifflinburg pleaded no contest to one count of forgery Monday.
He's currently serving time for taking money from investors for a storage facility that was never built.
The businessman from Union County neither denied nor admitted forging his sister's signature on documents to get money from their mother's investment account.
