SCRANTON -- Work has resumed on the new Rockwell Avenue Bridge in Scranton.
It was put on hold in March after a petroleum-based substance was found at the construction site.
Crews had to remove all of the contaminated soil before work could resume.
PennDOT expects the bridge in Scranton to be finished by early next summer.
