SCRANTON -- The wife of a doctor in Scranton, charged with conspiracy, was sentenced Wednesday.
Ann Pelicci got six months house arrest and must pay a $6,000 fine.
Federal investigators say Ann Pelicci and her husband, Dr. Leroy Pelicci of Pelicci Pain Relief Center, withdrew money from Scranton area banks.
It was all to avoid reporting that money to the federal government.
