CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP — A dispute at a business in Monroe County ended with an employee getting bit on the arm and hit by a vehicle.
Alexander Debernardo, 33, of Canadensis, is accused of assaulting a worker Wednesday at Chestnuthill Power Sports near Brodheadsville.
Police say the attack was the result of a dispute over missed payments on a vehicle.
Investigators said Debernardo ran over a worker’s foot and bit him when he tried to stop Debernardo from leaving.
Debernardo is locked up on assault and DUI charges in Monroe County.
