ANTHONY TOWNSHIP -- Plenty of questions still remain here at the scene where that runaway blimp went down. Among them, investigators have not said why the tether broke.

What we do know is that as of last night, about a third of the blimp was still inflated. Military officials on scene had to use shotguns to shoot down the multi-million dollar blimp.

The NORAD blimp is all part of a nearly 3 billion dollar military project based out of Aberdeen, Maryland.

That being said, Army officials do not know how exactly they are going to get the pieces of the blimp out here because it's so big and spread out over this countryside filled with dirt roads.

As to the damage that the blimp caused to power lines and some property in our area, the cost is still being added up. The power that was cut off yesterday is all back on today.

We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
