DUNMORE -- A man is locked up in Lackawanna County on child sex abuse charges.
Louis Loney, 57, of Dunmore is accused of abusing an 8-year-old boy. Investigators said he admitted to assaulting the boy beginning back in 2014.
Loney was charged Tuesday and is locked up in Lackawanna County.
