SCRANTON -- What caused flames at a vacant home in Scranton?
The chief believes there was power still going to the house in the 500 block of Hamm Court but it's been empty for months.
No one was inside when it caught fire just after 3 A.M. on Tuesday.
The fire inspector has been called in to look for what could have started the fire.
