DUNMORE -- The former branch manager of an insurance agency in Lackawanna County is locked up on theft and forgery charges.
Robert Galuska turned himself in Tuesday morning.
Galuska is accused of stealing more than $266,000 from Excalibur Insurance Management services in Dunmore.
According to court papers, Galuska made false insurance claims using fake names and pocketed the cash.
Galuska was jailed after his arraignment with bail set at $30,000.
