HANOVER TOWNSHIP -- A vehicle fire on Interstate 81 in Luzerne County backed up traffic for a while Tuesday morning.
The highway was down to one lane around 10:30 a.m. while firefighters sprayed down the car in the southbound lanes near the Nanticoke exit.
