SCRANTON -- Crews began the final paving of Main Avenue from Scranton to Taylor Monday.
The work begins in north Scranton at Wood Street and goes to the Price Chopper at the top of Taylor hill. Work is scheduled take place from 6:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily through Saturday.
This paving is part of a $4 million project to revitalize state roads all over Lackawanna County.
Other projects include Keyser Avenue, Morgan Highway, and Grove Street in Clarks Summit.
