OLD FORGE -- Former Old Forge Police Chief Larry Semenza decided to plead guilty Thursday rather than be tried all over again on corruption of minors charges.
A higher court ruled he was entitled to another trial because of mistakes the judge made at his first trial.
Semenza was found guilty of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.
He pleaded guilty Thursday to a lesser charge of harassment and was sentenced to time he has already served, so Semenza is now a free man.
