HARRISBURG -- Former executive director of the Luzerne County Transportation Authority Stanley Strelish was sentenced on Thursday to five years of probation, a $5,000 fine, and community service.
It came after Strelish pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence for his role in what's considered the "Ghost Rider" case -- inflating LCTA ridership numbers to get more money from the state.
