The Diocese of Scranton announced Tuesday that declining interest in summer programs led to the decision to close Camp St. Andrew near Tunkhannock.
Over its 75 years in business, the camp hosted boy scouts, basketball clinics, and low-income children. Occasionally, the elderly even visited the camp.
