WILLIAMSPORT -- U.S. Marshals found a man Monday wanted in a deadly shooting in Williamsport.
Dwayne Hall, 25, of Williamsport faces criminal homicide, aggravated assault, and firearms charges.
Authorities believe Hall shot and killed Irahmeen Mills, 25, of Williamsport on West 4th Street in the city last month.
A witness said the two had been arguing in the street before the shooting.
