WEST PENN TOWNSHIP -- Police are trying to determine what led to an apparent murder-suicide attempt Saturday night in Schuylkill County.
It happened at a home on Arrow Road in West Penn Township near Tamaqua around 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
Police believe Michael Mindock shot his wife Brigette then turned the gun on himself at their home .
Both were flown to the hospital.
The Lehigh County coroner said Michael Mindock died Sunday night from his wounds. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
