PLYMOUTH -- World War II veterans from Luzerne County and their families can take pride in a brand new memorial.
Members of the American Legion, along Center Avenue in Plymouth, dedicated a new monument Saturday morning.
The 1,200 pound bronze memorial carries the names of 162 World War II veterans from Plymouth.
A former resident of the borough donated the money for the new memorial after the old one fell into disrepair.
