WILLIAMSPORT -- A woman from Lycoming County was killed in a crash Tuesday morning.
Police said she was a passenger in a car that hit a median on the 3rd Street off-ramp of Route 15 in Williamsport.
On Wednesday, the coroner identified the victim as Dawn Milheim, 48, from Williamsport.
The driver was not hurt.
Officers said the victim was not wearing a seat belt.
