CARBONDALE -- Police in Lackawanna County charged a woman for stealing people's identities and it's not the first time she's been in trouble with the law.
Ashley Sobol of Carbondale was taken into custody by Carbondale police Thursday night. Officers said the woman has used other people's identities to get cell phones.
Police know the name of one of the victims and say there are more.
Back in March, Sobol was charged with stealing money from several family friends. And in April, she was accused of stealing from a man with cerebral palsy who was in her care.
The latest charges against Sobol include identity theft, theft by deception, receiving stolen property, and intimidation of witnesses or victims.
