JACKSON TOWNSHIP — Authorities believe alcohol may have played a role in a deadly crash in Luzerne County.
Jared Curran was killed in the wreck on Chase Road near Shavertown Saturday.
Police say the driver, William Akin, lost control of the vehicle and ended up in the woods.
Akin was taken to the hospital for a blood alcohol test.
No charges have been filed yet for the deadly crash in Luzerne County.
