SCHUYLKILL COUNTY – A man from Schuylkill County was arrested after police said he failed to pull over during a traffic stop near Sheppton, and then led officers on a chase.
Police said it ended when Bruce Layton, of Girardville, hit a rock with his vehicle.
Officers said the suspect had heroin on him, and was also wanted on a warrant in New Jersey.
He’s locked up on several charged in Schuylkill County.
