More nursing homes run by Golden LivingCenters have been named in a lawsuit filed by the state attorney general’s office.
Facilities in Plains Township, Scranton, and Sunbury are named in the court action.
Violations include everything from leaving residents in soiled diapers to under-staffing.
Facilities in Wilkes-Barre, Tunkhannock, and Pottsville were named in the original lawsuit in July.
