LEWISBURG — Three teens involved in rock throwing incident that severely injured a woman are being sentenced in Union County.

Dylan Lahr, Tyler Porter, and Keefer McGee will be sentenced for their role in a rock throwing incident on Interstate 80 last year.

Sharon Budd was badly injured when the car she was traveling in was hit by one of the rocks.

Tyler Porter of Milton pleaded no contest to conspiracy to commit aggravated assault. All other charges were dismissed. By pleading no contest, Porter does not admit whether he is guilty or not guilty, but he will not stand trial for his role in the crime.

Keefer McGee of New Columbia pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and could get almost one year behind bars.

Dylan Lahr of New Columbia pleaded guilty to four charges, including aggravated assault. He’s the teen the other boys say actually threw the rock that hit Budd.

Brett Lahr of New Columbia also pleaded no contest to criminal conspiracy to commit aggravated assault. He was sentenced to one and a half to 20 years in state prison.
