SCRANTON -- A former Scranton businessman was found guilty of failing to report to federal prison.
Joseph Donahue was convicted Tuesday by a federal jury in Wilkes-Barre.
In 2010, Donahue was convicted on federal charges of embezzlement and bank fraud. He was sentenced to 10 years but did not show up at prison when he was supposed to.
When authorities caught up with him about three weeks later, they also found him with a firearm.
Donahue is scheduled to be sentenced for Tuesday's conviction later this year.
