Jason Frost and his friend Brandon Key were fishing on the Warrior River in Alabama when they hauled in the catch of a lifetime.
The fishermen couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw a kitten swimming up to their boat.
After Frost helped the kitten onto the boat, his friend saw a second one jump into the water and swim toward the boat.
Key can be heard saying, “Is this not the craziest thing you’ve ever seen?”
“There’s a first time for everything, isn’t there?” Frost said.
When they got to shore, they saw a family with two little girls who each wanted a kitten, and they gave them to the family, Frost told AL.com
Frost said he isn’t sure where the kittens came from, but he doesn’t think they just got loose. There aren’t any homes near where they were fishing, he said. He thinks someone might have just dumped them there.
