MAHONING TOWNSHIP -- The Montour County district attorney confirms there is an investigation into misbehavior by a police chief in the Danville area.
Attorney Pat O'Connell says his client, a Mahoning Township worker, saw the Mahoning Township police chief "huffing" compressed air back in May while on duty.
O'Connell tells us the chief was suspended for a week.
The Montour County district attorney says the investigation is being handled by the state attorney general's office because of a potential conflict of interest.
