HONESDALE -- The 153rd Wayne County Fair kicked off with a familiar face.
Ritter spent the last year doing television appearances with Good Morning America and The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Now, he returned to the fair where it all started.
When asked how things have changed in a year, Ritter simply said, "Well, I'm 6 and I have two iPads. One from Ellen [DeGeneres] and one my grandpa bought me."
More than that, evidently, he attracts quite the crowd now.
But with all the fame, Ritter is still the same kid at the fair.
"Where is the better pizza: here or Los Angeles," asked Grandpa Jack. "Here," exclaimed Noah.
Look to see Noah continue his appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show .
Elsewhere at the fair, you`ll see the cows, the goats, and even the rabbits. But you won`t see chickens because of the bird flu going on across the county.
Theresa Stratton helps run the poultry department and says things are just too quite this year without the feathery friends.
"I have a lot of disappointed people coming out saying where's the chickens," said Stratton. "So I have to explain its due to the bird flu, it's not the fair's fault."
The Wayne County Fair runs through August 15.
