SCRANTON -- The Lackawanna County Public Defender's Office asked a judge Friday to move the cases of the three teenagers involved in the case where a Scranton police officer was killed to juvenile court.

The three 17-year-olds could be held responsible for the death of Scranton Police Officer John Wilding, who was chasing them when he fell and was gravely injured. He later died in the hospital.

Nasiir Jones, Isiah Edwards, and Tanner Curtis are already charged with robbery, and other counts in adult court. They could also face homicide charges for the officer's death.

There is no word when the judge will make a decision.
