Montreal Seasoning:

1 cup oil
1/4 cup minced garlic
3 tbls. Grand Marnier
1/4 cup Orange Juice
1 tbls. Orange zest
1/4 cup Orange Marmalade
1 qt. Catsup
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tbls. red pepper flakes
1/4 cup dry mustard
TT salt
1 cup sugar
Zucchini:
Marinate Zucchini
Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Fresh Basil and Parsley.
Grill on each side.
Dice for Bruscetta
Bread: Brush with olive oil Garlic and salt and pepper.
Grill bread add zucchini, finish with goat cheese and drizzle with a balsamic glaze.
