SCRANTON -- A tractor-trailer left a big mess on a Scranton street Thursday night.
According to authorities, the rig's brakes went out as it was coming down the Morgan Highway after 11 p.m.
It blew through the intersection with North Keyser Avenue and took out a traffic light and all the electronics that run the lights there.
The rig also dumped its cargo of tomatoes when crews finally managed to pull it upright.
Crews were able to remove the wreck and repair the traffic lights by 10 a.m. Friday.
