It's a big day for hunters.
The first set of antlerless deer licenses go on sale Monday.
For the next three weeks, only Pennsylvania residents can apply for a doe license, after that non-residents can apply for one.
Any unsold licenses will go on sale again in August.
Pennsylvania residents pay $6.70 for the license. You can send a check or money order with your application.
