SELINSGROVE -- The National Weather Service confirmed that two tornadoes touched down Thursday in our area.
The EF0 tornado caused mostly tree and crop damage near Selinsgrove in Snyder County..
The second, An EF1 tornado, has been confirmed in Lycoming County near Montoursville.
No word yet if it was a tornado that caused damage just south of Schuylkill County.
The National Weather Service has also determined that an EF1 tornado was responsible for ripping the roof off and severely damaging Blue Mountain Adventist Elementary School in Hamburg. You can see the inside of classrooms, hallways, and even the gym. School officials say two people were inside at the time, both were not hurt.
