ASHLEY -- The Saint Leo's Holy Rosary Summer Festival kicked off Thursday in Luzerne County.
The festival features pierogies, some great potato pancakes and a priest shared his secret ingredient with us.
The bizarre runs Friday and Saturday on Hartford Street in Ashley.
