COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP -- A case against three people accused of trying to blackmail a doctor went to court today.
All three are accused of trying to extort $100,00 from Marvell Scott of Monroe County.
Two of the suspects gave up their right to a preliminary hearing. The other suspect's hearing was continued.
Marvell Scott used to be a television sportscaster in New York City.
