SCRANTON -- Power is back on for more than a thousand homes and businesses in Scranton.
Scranton police said it's all because a tractor-trailer pulled down power lines on North Main Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, knocking out the power.
Officers have not said if the driver will be ticketed.
North Main Avenue in Lackawanna County was closed while PPL crews fixed the damage.
