SPRING BROOK TOWNSHIP -- A driver is recovering after crashing his car into a tree in Lackawanna County.
Officials had to cut the man out of his vehicle around 2 a.m. Monday on Route 690 near Moscow.
He was taken to the hospital. Authorities said his injuries were not life threatening.
Police have not said why the man lost control of his car.
