COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP -- A woman from the Poconos accused of killing an elderly man in her care will likely head to trial.
At a hearing Tuesday afternoon, a judge said there is enough evidence against Judith Marc of Tobyhanna to send the case to trial.
Last month, she was charged with homicide for the death of 92-year-old William Collins.
A deputy coroner said Collins had a broken neck, bruises on his head, and defensive wounds when he died at Marc's home in A Pocono Country Place late last year.
