WILKES-BARRE -- Police in Wilkes-Barre arrested two people after shots were fired Friday in the city.

Investigators say Nicholas Crooks, of Brooklyn, New York, stayed with Tanisha Goggins at her home on Bradford Street.

Officers say Crooks and Goggins' building manager got into an argument Friday afternoon and Crooks pulled out a gun.

The manager jumped into a car and took off. Police add Crooks chased the victim and opened fire.

According to authorities, shell casings were found on Blackman Street.

Officers say they found drugs inside Goggins' home and she's locked up for drugs and other charges.

Crooks faces aggravated assault charges in Wilkes-Barre.
