DALLAS TOWNSHIP -- Dallas Township Police are trying to locate the man caught on surveillance video.
According to police, he stole credit cards from a car and then used the stolen cards at Rite Aid in Luzerne and at Walgreen's and a gas station in Kingston.
If you recognize the man, you're asked to call police in Dallas Township at 570-674-2003.
