HANOVER TOWNSHIP -- The Sans Souci Parkway in Luzerne County is back open after it was closed for more than a day due to a big break.
The road between Nanticoke and Wilkes-Barre reopened Wednesday night after it was shutdown Tuesday when a water main break caused the road to buckle.
40 homes and businesses lost their water. Taps for those customers who lost water should be running again.
