KIDDER TOWNSHIP -- A woman is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from her grandmother in Carbon County.
Kidder Township police say Aleasha Hayes, 31, of Philadelphia stole $9,400 in forged checks from her grandmother's home in Golden Oaks Village in White Haven.
Hayes was locked up in Carbon County with bail set at $5,000.
