WILKES-BARRE -- A gunshot victim was dropped off at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital around noon Tuesday.
Police say a man told them he was shot outside the city and someone picked him up and drove him to the hospital.
State police have taken over the investigation since the shooting happened outside Wilkes-Barre city limits.
