EAST STROUDSBURG — A man from East Stroudsburg admitted stealing mail.
Jacob Tanner, 29, of East Stroudsburg pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court.
Several Stroudsburg residents complained last year about missing, torn, or mail that was thrown out.
Tanner was also seen on surveillance video removing mail from a mailbox.
Authorities arrested him in December.
