SCRANTON — Police said a woman found a man’s body in a drainage culvert Wednesday morning near the Army Reserve Center on Olyphant Avenue.
The coroner identified the man as Joseph Seigle, 48, of Olyphant and said he had been missing since Saturday.
An autopsy showed Seigle died from head injuries, possibly from a fall, and the coroner ruled his death an accident.
