SCRANTON -- Charges have been filed against a driver in connection with a crash last month in Scranton.
Investigators say Zekiah Harsch, 23, of Scranton was driving under the influence when he crashed his SUV into another vehicle in the intersection of Beech Street and South Webster Avenue.
Two of Harsch’s passengers and a woman in the other vehicle were hurt.
Harsch is charged with driving under the influence, reckless endangerment, and three counts of aggravated assault while driving under the influence.
