Coughlin and Wyoming Valley West are two of the best Track and Field programs in Wyoming Valley Conference. The Spartans Jermichael Bunch dominated the Hurdles and the Triple Jump. Last season Bunch won the 'D2 AAA' 110 High Hurdles.
Coughlin's Tamar Bourdeau and her sister Nathaniela Bordeau took care of the speed events on the girls side. Coughlin's Muhammed Chesson won the boys 100, while his teammate Jacob Kahlife captured the Discus.
Finally, Super Sophomore, Ray Richard of Valley West won the 400 in 49.9 just off the school record.
