KINGSTON -- It was a hands-on lesson Tuesday for students at Wyoming Valley Montessori in Luzerne County.
The children in Kingston learned about monarch butterflies. They were able to walk through a tent full of butterflies, and feed them using Q-tips.
Folk's Butterfly Farm in Nescopeck taught the students about the importance of butterflies, their habitat, and conservation.
