MIDDLE SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP -- Police say the man suspected of a stabbing outside a bar in Monroe County was arrested and charged on Tuesday.
Joseph Thompson, 37, of Stroudsburg is accused of stabbing a man who was talking with two women outside Muller Diner and Bar on Milford Road near Marshalls Creek on March 22.
Thompson is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, simple assault, and reckless endangerment.
