STROUDSBURG -- A woman withdrew her guilty plea to third degree murder Monday in Monroe County.
In January, Tina Tedesco of Saylorsburg admitted neglecting a woman she was supposed to be caring for and stealing $110,000 from the victim who died in 2011.
Her husband John, who was also charged with third degree murder, withdrew his guilty plea earlier this month.
Tina Tedesco is now scheduled to go to trial in August.
